Portuguese firm OODA is partnering with Albanian company Artech to design a spectacular new TV station building for Albania's Klan TV, situated in the capital city of Tirana.
The 'Klan TV Headquarters' building is visually appealing due to the fact that its shape appears to be inspired by film reels. What's more, the building itself will feature a staggered design which will enable for the inclusion of terracing.
