Being connected to many people on social media means that Millennials are often hit hard with a fear of missing out when they see fun vacation pictures from their friends—as bizarre as it sounds, KFC Romania has come up with a solution to this problem with a simple fast food tray liner.
KFC developed printed paper trays that can serve as the backdrop for social media posts, making it look as though someone is on vacation, when they're really only sitting inside of a KFC. By holding up two fingers in front of a beach backdrop, people are KFC are able to make it look as though their legs are getting a tan at the seaside.
Earlier this year KFC also had fun with this same sort of idea when it created the Tray Typer, a fast food tray liner that doubled as a keyboard for those who wanted to type, but save their smartphones from greasy fingers.
