Frédéric Malphettes designs the new Tower Lighting collection for the French imprint Designheure and it explores contemporary design language. The lights experiment work form in the structure of vertical shapes that are made to replicate art deco towers.
The inspiration behind the collection came from Frédéric Malphettes's notice that many lamp shades and sizes are stacked resembling a supporting column. At a closer look, there are details that reflect the look of windows. Now, the Tower Lighting series is made up of three sizes of pendant lamps, followed by a table lamp, and two-floor lamps. It can be used to decorate and illuminate a space on its own or be placed together for an architectural visual aesthetic.
