There are plenty of Christmas movies that depict ordinary people getting the chance to ride in Santa's sleigh, and 'The Night Before' is a virtual reality experience from Samsung that gives the public the same opportunity.
From now until the New Year, those who visit Herald Square in New York City, The Grove in Los Angeles or Samsung 837 (the brand's flagship retail space in Manhattan) will have the chance to immerse themselves in a Christmastime adventure with Santa and his elves. In this story, Santa decides to take the sleigh on a cruise on Christmas Eve and accidentally ends up in outer space. In order to ensure that Christmas happens as it should, it's up to Santa's little helpers to get him and his reindeer back on track.
For those who can't make it out to experience the event in person, the 360-degree video is also available online through the Samsung VR site.
