Alongside two new gourmet burgers, Burger King is introducing a non-alcoholic beer called The King's Cup in Sweden and Denmark. Burger King collaborated with the Mikkeller microbrewery to introduce the non-alcoholic brew, which takes the form of a wheat ale that's said to be fresh, full-bodied and summery.
The can for the alcohol-free beer was created by Mikkeller’s art director, Keith Shore, and it depicts Mikkeller characters sporting Burger King uniforms.
The non-alcoholic Burger King beer pairs with new Angus beef burgers from Burger King’s World Gourmet Series: French Cheese and Argentinian Grill. While the French Cheese burger features caramelized roasted onions, frisee and mustard mayonnaise, the Argentinian Grill burger combines chimichurri sauce, bacon, cheese, sliced onions and tomatoes.
