Salt & Straw Created the The Brewers Series with Five Craft Breweries

Salt & Straw has built entire ice cream series around themes like cereal or upcycled ingredients and its newest creation, The Brewers Series, introduced beer ice cream flavors made in collaboration with five established craft breweries from across the country.

For June, Salt & Straw locations across the United States will be serving scoops of family-friendly, non-alcoholic beer-inspired ice cream flavors that pay tribute to popular beers. Seattle's Métier Brewing Black Stripe Coconut Porter was the starting point for Métier's Black Stripe Porter & Bread Pudding, while Monkish's Space Cookies & Cream Hazy IPA speaks to fans of hoppy flavors. The lineup also includes fresh and summery serves like La Tropical's La Original Lager with Guava.
