Part-Pea Burger Patties

'The Blend' by Raised & Rooted Combines Angus Beef and Pea Protein

Tyson Foods' Raised & Rooted brand is set to launch 'The Blend' this fall, which takes the form of a blended burger that combines Angus beef with pea protein. While the average hamburger patty shares about 17 grams of protein per serving, The Blend boasts 19 grams of protein from its unique ingredient combination of plant- and animal-derived proteins. Additionally, the blended burger also boasts fewer calories and less saturated fat. Appealing to a wide range of consumers, the product packaging for The Blend also promises that the part-pea, part-beef patties are 100% delicious.

To meet the growing demands for products with less meat and meat alternatives, Raised & Rooted will be developing more plant-based and blended products for grocery stores and restaurants alike.
