Ikea recently broadened its services to home delivery and to celebrate the occasion, it works together with Uber Eats for special Swedish meatball deliveries. This service is only available in the UK and it features three set menu options to be ordered directly on the Uber Eats app -- there is the 'Snug' menu, the 'family platter,' and the 'Formal.'
The Snug menu is comprised of 20 meatballs, cream sauce, mash potato or chips, two Daim chocolate cakes, and lingonberry jam. The family platter features meat and vegetarian selections, and the Formal offers veggie balls, kale hash, butternut squash, plain sugar donuts, courgette, a wine glass, and a placemat. Notably, Ikea's signature bright blue plastic 'Frakta' bags will hold the food and it will be accompanied by cushion covers, napkins, throws, candles, a fake flower, and an LED light.
