At the upcoming Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, CompletEats will be launching one-ounce superfood cookies, introducing a more bite-sized version of its two-ounce cookies. According to CompletEats founder and CEO Lauren Chew, "Since our cookies are made with real whole food ingredients, one 2 oz cookie can get pretty filling. We’ve grown so much in offices in the Bay Area that we realized that a smaller cookie would fit better in their pantries."
The one-ounce cookies are being introduced in familiar flavors from the brand like Banana Bread and Cherry Almond but offer a smaller amount of product that remains full of fiber, protein and is naturally sweetened with dates. Some of the other simple ingredients in these cookies include chia seeds, almond butter and blanched almonds.
