Graphic designer Anthony Herrera wasn’t content with only seeing Darth Vader and Boba Fett as paper snowflakes, so he decided to push things to the limit and fashion his own Sci-Fi series of paper patterns called ‘Star Wars Snowflakes.’
What separates Star Wars Snowflakes from the original creations crafted by the anonymous Internet husband and wife duo is the level of detail present in Herrera’s work. The facial characteristics of C-3PO and Ahsoka Tano are so well represented that they may as well be drawings from any of the Star Wars animated series. Other characters featured in Star Wars Snowflakes include Admiral Ackbar, a Scout Trooper and Yoda.
Herrera allows visitors of his website to download these images as templates in order to make their own festive Star Wars decorations. He recommends using an x-acto knife for the best results.
