Whether it's relish, ketchup or mustard, most people know what they like on their burger—but Lotteria's 'The Neapolitan' burger also comes topped with spaghetti sauce and a small pile of pasta.
The burger was created as part of a collaboration between Japan's Lotteria and chef Tatsuya Kawagoe. In addition to things like tomato, onions, peppers and a patty that you'd normally find on a burger, The Neapolitan introduces a portion of a meal that usually can stand on its own as a meal. Although the combination of ingredients may seem strange, when you think about it, pasta is often served with bread and a salad, and sometimes meat is even mixed into the sauce, so perhaps it's really not that outrageous after all.
