Available for a limited time, Miguel’s Jr.'s new meatless menu includes the Soyrizo Tacos, Soyrizo Quesadillas, Soyrizo Breakfast Burritos. All of these new dishes are made with Soyrizo, which is a plant-based meat substitute that boasts the same spicy taste and texture as traditional chorizo sausage. As Javier Vasquez, CEO of Miguel’s Jr., explains, "We are always looking for new ways to make our menu more craveable and inclusive for all of our guests. Soyrizo allows us to share the flavors of Mexico with our plant-based fans and anyone looking for meat-free options."
