'SoulActivate' is a New High-Intensity Workout from SoulCycle

In response to demand from its customers for high-intensity workouts that challenge them to push themselves further, SoulCycle is introducing an all-new HIIT-style cycling class.

While the classic Soul class unfolds over the course of 45 minutes, the all-new SoulActivate experience is a 60-minute class that integrates high-intensity interval training and strength exercises. Due to the intensity of the new workout class, SoulCycle recommends that riders take at least 10 SoulCycle classes before challenging themselves with SoulActivate. This new class from SoulCycle can currently be found at locations in New York City, Los Angeles and San Francisco during the initial launch period.

In the past year, SoulCycle has also introduced other new class formats, such as SoulAnnex, which offers a full-body workout experience without the use of a stationary bike.
