Jose Andres from ThinkFoodGroup and culinary director Aitor Zabala created the new Somni Restaurant -- a multi-sensory dining experience with a unique interior design.
The space was created without any corners or angles to allow the walls, ceiling and floor to envelop guests in a ribbon of white marble and oak. The dining table was built in a horseshoe shape, seating just ten people at once and draws attention to the exhibition kitchen. Adding a large golden dome to the centre of the room creates an illuminating experience on each dish from the 20-course tasting menu. The entire menu is influenced by Catalonia, with a strong and expansive global fare to make up a cohesive cuisine that blends delicately together.
The Somni Restaurant is located in Beverly Hills, giving all guests a one-of-a-kind experience of beautifully plated modern dishes and contemporary takes on traditional cuisine.
