Twrl Milk Tea Launched Instant Popping Boba in Portioned Sachets

At the Specialty Food Association’s 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, Twrl Milk Tea debuted its Instant Single-Serve Popping Boba in Strawberry, Lychee and Honey flavors. These plant-based, dye-free popping boba in single-serve packets promise to turn any drink into a texture-rich boba beverage with minimal prep.

These juice-filled spheres with soft shells made of seaweed extract are ready to elevate everything from sparkling water and iced teas to cocktails and mocktails, as well as desserts. To prepare, the sachets can be opened, strained and added to drinks or desserts to recreate the cafe-style tea experiences at home without the mess, waste or need to order large amounts of specialty products that are time-consuming to prepare when a craving for bubble tea hits.
