The seven-floor home is engineered to be flexible, with three volumes that can be swung out towards the street.
These rotating cubes can serve as seasonal energy-saving solutions. In the summer, they can be swung out to ventilate the home with breeze and add additional outdoor space with sun-bathed patios. In the winter, the walls can help shut out cold air and trap heat indoors.
