As part of a new fitness program in Bishan-Toa Payoh, Singapore, the public will now have access to numerous senior fitness stations. 55 new stations will be built in the city, along with 17 more locations to be retrofitted with new equipment by the end of this year. With so many stations, there will be one accessible about every 400 meters. As for the equipment available, there are devices to help with the development of muscle strength, balance. To make the use of equipment easy, seniors are also assigned trainers from the People's Association over the course of 12 weeks.
