In preparation for the spring season this year, Japanese coffee chain Dotour is launching a set of scented coffee products.
The limited-edition 'Premium Roast Coffee Sakura' will be available in both ground and drip forms, featuring an aromatic, floral blend of coffee. The coffee itself features an Indian coffee at its base, which is layered with other fruity, floral types from Ethiopia and Brazil. To further build upon the unique taste and scent of the coffee, Dotour added sakura powder made from cherry blossom flowers and leaves from Japan.
Although the coffee can be served black, Dotour recommends enhancing the beverage with some sugar to truly bring out the uniquely scented coffee's aroma and delicate floral flavor.
