This winter, The Habit Burger Grill is serving up a seasonal favorite: sautéed Brussel Sprouts.
For a limited time only, The Habit is serving gourmet sautéed Brussel Sprouts at all of its locations. The chain has long given veggies some extra love with popular dishes such as tempura green beans and sweet potato fries. With its newest dish, the chain hopes to offer an elevated take on an increasingly popular veggie. As Chief Brand Officer at The Habit Restaurants Iwona Alter explains, "Brussel sprouts have been on an upward trend, and The Habit Burger’s made to order kitchen is well suited to delivering such elevated offerings. This is not a dish you’ll find at our competitors."
As far as taste goes, fans can expect to enjoy halved Brussels sprouts, sautéed in garlic butter, seasoned with salt and pepper, and then hand-tossed in the Habit’s housemade balsamic vinaigrette.
