Beauty brand Saltair has launched a seven-day fitness program with The Sculpt Society. The "7 Days of Self Love" program was developed by The Sculpt Society's Megan Roup and Saltair's Iskra Lawrence. It includes five workout courses chosen by the pair, body care advice based on Saltair products, and daily journal prompts to practice mindfulness.
The curriculum includes food preparation instructions, self-care practices, and discussions with Roup and Lawrence on topics like relationships and entrepreneurship.
"As someone who experienced body dysmorphia and disordered eating, I haven’t always had the healthiest relationship with movement," Lawrence said in a statement. "Megan’s [The Sculpt Society] is one of those magical safe spaces where you feel welcome and movement is celebrated because your body deserves it. [...]"
