Ultra-Sustainable Unisex Tees

Minimalist Brand Pangaia Launched the First Sakura Dye T-Shirt

Pangaia is a new lifestyle brand that focuses on sustainability and it recently expanded its portfolio with the release of the new Sakura Dye T-Shirt. The minimalist shirt is made using non-toxic dyes that were derived from food waste, plants, fruits, and vegetables.

One notable ingredient used to make the die is Japanese sakura cherry blossoms, a tree that blooms once a year. The petals used are ones rejected by tea manufacturers in Nagoya, Japan and have been gathered from the ground ensuring that the trees are not harmed.

Pangaia will donate 1% from all purchases to 5 Gyres -- a nonprofit organization that seeks to end the global health crisis caused by pollution through education, science, art, and adventure.
