Smoked S'mores Desserts

Four Seasons' is Reinventing a Campfire Treat with a Wood-Burning Grill

Four Seasons is bringing attention to its Masterdishes on social media by sharing different creations with the #FSMasterdish tag, offering inspiration for some of the creative food and drinks that people may like to enjoy during the holiday season—including s'mores desserts. The Smoked S'mores is a creation by pastry chef Chelsea Spaulding of the Bourbon Steak classic American steakhouse at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC. The reinvented campfire classic features indulgent ingredients like chocolate praline mousse, toasted marshmallow ice cream, hazelnut streusel and homemade marshmallow. All of these ingredients are smoked under a cloche, creating a smoky new flavor experience with the rich aroma from a wood-burning grill.

Four Seasons' innovatively crafted series of Masterdishes also includes menu items like barbecue pork buns; roasted scampi; spaghetti with ham, ceps and black truffle; and reinvented cocktails.
