A series of captures by photographer Rupert Jordan entitled 'River London' depict what London would look like in a flood. Jordan used a low perspective combined with turbulent waves to surround landmarks with water and create his apocalyptic photos. River London is composed of a series of surreal shots where water fills half the photo while architecture fills the other. Each photo features a different water-filled scenario.
Jordan aimed to capture iconic landmarks such as the London Eye, Battersea Power Station and the Parliament building. After sneaking onto restricted beaches, the adventurous photographer captured the buildings being soaked. Since Jordan was working without a boat, he had to wait for low tide in order to get his amazing photos.
