East meets west in the Rituals Collection, a line of traditional yet modern light fixtures that will brighten up living spaces in more ways than one. Taking on the form of an iconic paper lantern, there is nevertheless a sleeker element to the lamps' silhouettes. That is because the Rituals Collection is made with the contemporary home in mind.
Designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, who live and work in Milan, Italy, for Foscarini, the Rituals Collection feature lamps made out of glass, which were crafted by master Murano glass makers. As written on Trendir, "They took inspiration from the rice paper lamps of the Orient, and translated the lightness of "washi" paper into glass." Available in two styles (table and suspension), the Rituals Collection is stylish.
