These delicious Riesling popsicles are a perfect summery, boozy treat. Made with simple syrup and white wine, the ice pops are easy to make and excessively easy on the eyes. Perfect for a summer barbecue or cottage weekend, these wine-infused popsicles require only a few ingredients and have only 32-calories each.

To make a batch of Riesling popsicles, the white wine and simple syrup in a bowl, adding more simple syrup if necessary based on your taste preference. Once the liquids are fully mixed, a few edible flower petals are added to the bottom of the popsicle moulds.

Once the mixture is poured and the sticks are added, the batch is frozen for four hours.
