Eggslut Singapore is celebrating its anniversary with a special collaboration between the egg-focused restaurant and 'Rhubarb Le Restaurant,' a Michelin-star establishment headed by the esteemed British chef, Paul Longworth, to create the 'Rhubarb's Sandwich.' As part of the collaboration, the 'Fairfax Sandwich' has been remodeled by Longworth, resulting in a high-quality sandwich that makes good use of Eggslut's buns and eggs.
The Rhubarb's Sandwich features Eggslut's soft scrambled eggs and brioche buns, topped with pickled red onions, arugula, horseradish cream, and beetroot-cured salmon, each of which were added by Longworth. This results in a delectable, filling sandwich enjoyable at any time of day.
In addition to this sandwich, Longworth created the 'Popcorn Mousse Slut' hybrid dessert item, which is a mixture of popcorn foam, chorizo, carrot puree, and egg.
The two Eggslut x Rhubarb Le Restaurant collaborative menu items are available beginning the 4th of September, while supplies last.
