Chromatic Wallpaper

Trippy RGB Wallpaper by Carnovski for Janelli & Volpu Has 3 Sweet Shades

The trippy RGB wallpaper from designers Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla of Milan-based Carnovsky interact differently depending on the chromatic stimulus. The RGB wallpaper has three different overlapping patterns, each etched in differing hues. Each pattern becomes more prominent depending on the light that is cast upon it (usually a filtered light). Otherwise, it looks like a colourful jumble.

Rugi and Quintanilla created the RGB wallpaper for Janelli & Volpi. It was first exhibited at this year's Milan Design Week at the Janelli & Volpi store.
