Gisele Channels Original Supermodels for Harper's Bazaar

Brazilian supermodel deluxe Gisele Bundchen has been going through a tremendous period of exposure that has seen her grace various covers of the most prestigious fashion magazines in the world simultaneously. This time around, the stunning beauty is on the front page and spread of the April 2009 issue of Harper’s Bazaar.

Photographed by Peter Lindbergh, Gisele channels some of her iconic predecessors from the 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s including Twiggy, Iman and Cindy Crawford. She also pays homage to the glamorous fashion of the 1950s in a high-contrast photograph (#2 on the gallery) that showcases models in iconic poses that were en vogue back then.
