Dr. Praeger’s Patties are Protein-Rich & Veggie-Forward

Adding to its expansive portfolio of frozen plant-based patties, Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods is introducing its first refrigerated product line with a pair of refrigerated veggie burgers. The vegan-friendly, Non-GMO Project verified burger patties offer an alternative to the many meat-like burgers that are being created to appeal to flexitarians. The traditionally inspired options include The Classic Veggie Burger with ingredients like carrots, onions, kale, peas and other greens, as well as The Chipotle Black Bean Veggie Burger with 16 grams of protein per patty.

As Larry Praeger, CEO of Dr. Praeger’s says, "We know there is still a large market for traditional veggie burgers that look and taste like vegetables, and we want to continue to provide this option to our customers in every section where they are shopping."
