Keizo Shimamoto, the creator of the famous Ramen Burger, which circulated the Internet with praise over the past year, came up with an equally as epic dish to pair with the burger: Ramen Fries.
Those who love their fries extra crispy will love these crunchy noodle French fries. They essentially consist of potato wedges that have been encased with ramen noodles and then deep fried. And while your mouth may be watering now, wait until you imagine dipping them into a succulent secret sauce with green onion flavoring.
The fries are extremely unique and stray far from plain potato recipes. Unfortunately, Shimamoto is not anywhere near revealing his personal recipe, but he did say they will be available to consume soon at the Smorgasburg, Brooklyn Flea and Berg’n restaurants in New York City.
