First up is the new Quesabirria Tacos, which consists of three crispy flour tortillas filled with a savory mix of smoked brisket, mozzarella, onions and cilantro. The tacos also also served with a side of birria broth for dipping, along with pickled red onions, grilled jalapeño, chips, fire-roasted salsa, and a wedge of lime.
