The Professional Beer Can is a concept by Brazilian art director and designer Christopher Chefel that solves two problems with drinking from a beer can—the chilled can makes your hand cold and after a while, your hand begins to warm up the beer.
To address both of these problems, Chefel's design involves transforming the classic beer can into something that's more like a coffee mug. The plastic handle requires some assembly, as it starts off as a ring that's attached to the bottom of the beer can. When pieced together, the handle parts are more secure and can be adhered to the can. As well as there being sealed sticky spots on the handles, there's also a rough patch on the beer can to stick the handle to, which assures that you won't end up with a spilled drink.
