Walkers' Potato Chip Snack Line Takes Inspiration from Sandwiches

As well as being classic sandwich ingredients, Ham & Mustard, Roast Chicken & Mayonnaise and Cheese, Cucumber & Salad Cream also happen to be some of the new potato chip snack flavors from Walkers (known in North America as Lay's). In total, there are six limited-edition flavors that are being launched by Walkers in collaboration with Heinz.

The all-new "sarnie" (English slang for sandwich) flavors are being supported by a sandwich pop-up that allows visitors to build their own sandwich, which is served with a side of chips.

In the snacking category, it's becoming quite common to see flavors that take inspiration from full-sized lunch and dinner meals, particularly because many busy people are adopting frequent snacking rituals and fewer sit-down meals.
