The Bezmasna Plant-Based Butcher Shop is the First in Prague

The Bezmasna plant-based butcher shop is poised by the business as a first for Prague that aims to satisfy burgeoning demand for meat-free fare. The store is located in the Letńa district and sells products in recyclable or returnable packaging to also do double duty reducing reliance on single-use materials. The store is focused on providing plant-based takes on classic Czech dishes including meatloaf, deli salads and cold cuts, which can't be found anywhere else in the city.

Co-Founder Diana Kahleová commented on the future of the Bezmasna plant-based butcher shop saying, "We will continuously change our offer. Consumers can also look forward to seasonal menus and specials for important Czech holidays. In the future, we plan to establish cooperation with vegan and non-vegan restaurants that want to expand their offer with meat-free dishes. At the same time, they would like to bring their products closer to people through distribution to various shops and catering for various events."
