For its latest social media campaign, CB2 (the younger, hipper version of Crate & Barrel) is calling all Pinterest home decor enthusiasts to decorate APT CB2, a real New York apartment. Right now, the apartment is totally empty, but from May 7-11, one of its five rooms will get a makeover, courtesy of Pinterest users.
To give the campaign some structure, CB2 invited five influential interior decorators on Pinterest to tackle one of the five rooms. Each day, the lead decorators will make some suggestions and the pieces that get the most likes on Pinterest will be moved in to decorate the apartment.
Considering that this room's decor will truly be crowdsourced, it will be interesting to see how well everything comes together.
