The Pasta Nostra snack pots have been announced by Beattie Brands as a convenient new pasta product perfect for consumers to enjoy for snacking occasions, lunches and more.
The pasta product is crafted with fusilli pasta made with durum wheat grown and harvested in Italy, and is paired with all-natural ingredients in Bologna in Northern Italy. The product comes in six varieties to choose from including Carbonara, Bolognese, Cheese & Pepper, Tomato & Mozzarella, Mushroom and Arrabbiata. The pasta snacks are priced at £1.75 each and can be prepared simply by adding in bowling water.
Marketing Director Chris Lewis spoke on the Pasta Nostra snack pots saying, "By identifying this gap in the UK market for a proper pasta which is healthy and authentically Italian, Pasta Nostra will satisfy the needs of consumers who are poorly served with the current ranges of pasta pots available. Our development research found that too many people dismissed the category, believing they didn’t like pasta pots whereas, in fact, they just didn’t like the existing options and were won over when they tried Pasta Nostra."
