SLS South Beach and pasta producer Barilla are teaming up to treat hotel guests to a taste of Italy with the Barilla Pasta Bar Pop-Up. For a limited time at the end of February, guests will get the chance to experience a sense of escape through food and four complimentary Barilla pasta creations served by the side of the pool.
The indulgent and luxurious Barilla Pasta Bar Pop-Up channels Northern Italy with Barilla Rigatoni alla Bolognese with creamy Parmigiano fondue, while Southern Italy served as the inspiration for Barilla Orecchiette with spicy mussels and broccoli sauce, romano cheese. There's also Barilla Thick spaghetti with lobster and oven-roasted cherry tomatoes and Barilla Mezzi rigatoni alla Norcina on the four-day pop-up menu.
Even after the event, pasta lovers can find all of the recipes on SLS South Beach's website.
