The surface of the ball is covered with 36 camera lenses, which capture astounding 360-degree panoramas. Its half the size and more powerful than the previous version of the ball camera and captures just as much of a view.
Taking a panoramic shot can be touch and go, but what makes the Panono camera ball truly incredible is that when it is thrown up into the air and reaches its highest point, the camera’s internal accelerometer will activate all 36 cameras simultaneously to create a seamless set of shots without distortion or ghosty images.
The demand for the last version of the Panono was high, despite its costly price. But now this new, more affordable version is available for pre-order through its Indiegogo campaign.
