Swiss artist, Felice Varini does not digitally manipulate pictures. What he is incredibly good at is painting walls, ceilings and floors such that optical illusions form when viewed at certain angles. Starting from a chosen vantage point, he uses projector-stencil techniques to achieve his distinctive geometric perspective style.
In other angles, just fragments of the whole picture are seen. One of the videos show a remarkably good painted corridor where the lines appear to change from clover shapes to circles. But the artist insists his work should be viewed as a whole. He says, "My concern, is what happens outside the vantage point of view."
