The millions of people who follow Rachel Brathen (better known as 'yoga_girl') on Instagram know that she's been working on a project called 'oneOeight' for a while now. Recently, a Kickstarter campaign was launched to help fund the project—an online platform with a foundation in yoga—and it has nearly doubled its initial crowdfunding goal of $108,000.
The platform for members will be split into four spaces: Move, Calm, Nourish and Explore. This also provides access to high-quality video content from yoga teaches around the world, as well as wisdom and coaching from other experts in grief counselors, body image experts, eating disorder specialists and more.
Although much of the content exists solely on the web platform, the Explore division aims to bring wellness back into the real world by connecting people to global retreats.
