Archituecture group JSARQ designed the new One Apartment Building in San Jose, Costa Rica.
This unique building challenges traditional vertical designs, offering an exclusive identity to each individual unit. Each of the living spaces are rectangular, making them easy to furnish, while allowing one to take advantage of every square foot. By using concrete and wood, the design team created a space that is light and strong, adding a modern loft-like aesthetic. Filled with useful amenities, the building has a Jacuzzi and pool that feature an artistic marble wall, a fitness center with a yellow ceiling and large common spaces with multiple uses.
The exterior of the One Apartment Building was made to look abstract yet welcoming, mixing artistic design with classic and contemporary materials.
