Alcohol-Free Brews

Budweiser's 'Prohibition Brew' is the Brand's First Non-Alcoholic Beer

Labatt Breweries of Canada recently introduced the 'Prohibition Brew' as a new non-alcoholic beer option for consumers. The 0% ABV beverage is the first-ever alcohol-free beer beverage to be released by the Budweiser brand. While there is no alcohol content in the lager, it is made with the same ingredients, including yeast, hops and filtered water, and promises the same great taste with aid from de-alcoholization technology.

Many consumers are opting to buy refreshing non-alcoholic drinks made with fresh, seasonal ingredients rather than buying from some of the most iconic alcohol brands out there. Drinking culture has changed significantly over the last decade, particularly among young consumers who have entirely new perceptions surrounding alcoholic beverages.

The non-alcoholic Prohibition Brew from Budweiser is set to be available in grocery shops, convenience stores, bars, restaurants and select liquor outlets.
