Murphy and Jahn Design the Pentominium for the Yongsan District in Seoul. This project will be the largest urban development project in South Korea, and the Pentominium will be 320-metres high. The design consists of two towers in western South Korea in the business district of Seuol. It is set to be completed by 2024, and will be a luxurious apartment building for Korean and international residents.
The towers will be connected under one roof at the penthouse, and all apartments will have a view of the Han River. The building will be filled with gardens and courtyards, with some up to four stories high. Each of the skyparks in the Pentominium will have a unique function, from meditation lounges to exercise zones. This building will accommodate elite clientele and provide an unparalleled living experience in South Korea.
