One of the best art series I’ve had the pleasure of coming across is that of Motohiro Nezu’s, featuring celebrities in skeletal form. The talented artist has taken several iconic figures and given them the grim reaper treatment by converting their faces and bodies into nothing but bones. Although these individuals have been given the horror treatment, they’re still recognizable due to the iconic poses they have been depicted in. Some of the familiar faces Motohiro Nezu has used include Run DMC, Jimi Hendrix, Jules and Vincent from Pulp Fiction and the Notorious B.I.G.
The dead celebs series is definitely a must-see for anyone who loves artistic interpretations of pop cultural icons. Motohiro Nezu has definitely outdone himself within these creations, providing pop culture enthusiasts with something interesting to look at.
