Morinaga Milk has launched a new product to meet the demands of Japanese consumers looking for multifunctional health-conscious products. This new product, named the 'Bifidus Yogurt Bone Density Countermeasure Drink Type,' is formulated with ingredients to regulate intestinal health, improve bone density, and help dietary calcium absorption.
Morinaga created the beverage after the brand found that bone density was the top concern for women over 50. This, coupled with the fact that yogurt is the most commonly consumed food for bone health, inspired the creation of the 'Bifidus Yogurt Bone Density Countermeasure Drink Type.'
The brand plans to launch another functional beverage, the PURESU Fermented Vinegar Drink, which contains acetic acid and B. longum BB536. The 'Bifidus Yogurt Bone Density Countermeasure Drink Type' comes in Pomegranate and Muscat.
