Spain-based architecture and design firm Domohomo Architects has recently renovated an abandoned workplace and has transformed it into a multipurpose office space with separate rooms divided by a modular wall for different functions and events.
The main centerpiece of the office is a timber-clad wall that meanders and divides the work space from different meeting rooms, located in Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
The new wall addition allows different spaces to co-exist at the same time. One room would contain a large desk, while the other modular room can be arranged, according to its use. "Everything seems continuous and uniform, but it is nothing more than a subtle game of steps and gates that, according to its opening, allows us to discover new stays or, simply change the spatial configuration," according to the architects in charge.
