Casual restaurant Chili's recently announced plans for a mobile loyalty program that will let users collect purchase-based points and exclusive offers. When making a purchase, Chili's patrons will earn continuous rewards that they will be able to access on their mobile devices.
Called 'My Chili’s Rewards,' the program "provides a fully digital experience where guests can use their mobile phone, website or a Chili's Ziosk to sign up for the program and track their points," says Wyman Roberts, CEO and President of Chili’s parent company Brinker International.
Opening access to specific menu items, the Chili's points system will allow patrons to collect and built on saved points, even in the event that they choose to split their food bill with a friend or loved one.
