Premium ice cream maker Häagen-Dazs teamed up with world-renowned pastry chef Pierre Hermé (the "The Picasso of pastries") on a macaron ice cream collection. As Manuel Garabato, Häagen-Dazs Global Brand Director, describes, the macaron collaboration is "bringing alive Paris in a pint."
In the ice cream collection, there are chewy and crunchy mini macaron shells that share the taste of Pierre Hermé's signature almond-flavored macarons. The Häagen-Dazs X Pierre Hermé 2023 collection shares a taste of three different flavors: Strawberry & Raspberry, Double Chocolate Ganache and Yuzu & Lemon. The collection will first launch in the UK and France before making its way to Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
