Lotus Bakeries, the creators of Biscoff, is kicking off the summer season with five new pints of cookie butter ice cream. While Lotus's Biscoff ice cream has been available in Europe for some time now, the world's most famous brand of speculoos cookies is finally bringing its tasty frozen treats to America.
According to a press release from Lotus Bakeries, a new lineup of super-premium ice cream is on its way this July. The pints will be available in five different varieties and each will contain crunchy Biscoff cookies. The new lineup includes: Original, Chocolate Brownie, Belgian Chocolate Chip, Salted Caramel, and Blueberry Cheesecake. Later in the year, the brand also plans to release a Lotus Biscoff ice cream bar that combines cookie butter ice cream with a layer of rich Belgian chocolate.
