While one woman spills her secrets about her sex life, another male jogger talks about his boyfriend being the love of his life. Others are more serious, like the story of a woman waiting to be proposed to and of a woman filled with regret over not having any children of her own.
The pair of filmmakers explore the question of whether strangers would be more open into spilling their secrets about their lives while jogging. They make an attempt to ask the strangers in the video difficult questions while running.
